pakaian tradisional kaum bidayuh
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
260g peanut butter - cream or crunchy texture, up to you!
100g caster sugar - over 150g will be too sweet!
150g chocolate chips
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoon of flour
1. Preheat oven at 180 deg Celcius. Mix peanut butter and caster sugar in a big bowl.
2. Pour in egg, vanilla and then flour. Add the chocolate chips and mix the dough well. (I used hands!)
3. Form an inch thick (or depending on the size that you prefer) of ball from the dough and put on cookies sheet. Press using fork to form criss-cross.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes and leave to cool before serving.
